Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes, we are very proudly an authorized dealer with CAC, BAC and with many wholesale companies and refineries around the country. We are currently in the process of being authorized by many more companies.
Do you attend coin shows?
Yes, we regularly attend and set up at various coin shows around the country including all ANA shows, Baltimore, Chicago, Florida, Fredericksburg, Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, Virginia Beach and more are being added to this list. Commencing 2027, we would have a dedicated page specifically for all the upcoming shows that we would be attending for your convenience.
Do you sell bullion?
Yes, we do sell a variety of bullion whether gold, silver, platinum or palladium. Our stock is constantly updating but you can see our current inventory here. If you do not see what you are wanting, send us a message here as we probably have not yet listed it as available.
Do you sell currency?
Yes, we do sell a variety of graded currency (world and US) and more items are coming soon. We are also currently processing a lot of ungraded currency. Our stock is constantly updating but you can see our current inventory here. If you do not see what you are wanting, send us a message here as we probably have not yet listed it as available.
What if I don't see the item I want on your website?
We have a significantly larger inventory than is currently displayed on our website, however, we are constantly processing all items so that we could have it all listed here as soon as possible. We are proud to be a small but mighty team and if you ask us for a specific item, we would be able to check our stock and list it for you.
Are you on social media?
Yes, currently we are on Instagram and YouTube. We now have a dedicated staff member who is working to be more active on those platforms. Our YouTube channel is in its infancy at the moment; however, we are actively working to grow it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we very frequently ship to many international countries. We predominantly use UPS and USPS as we are mindful that you may not necessarily want to wait for months for an item that you are excited to receive. Typically, all of our international orders that are valued over $100 do require an adult signature.
Are my packages insured when you ship?
Yes, we do have an extensive business insurance policy and it is at our discretion which shipping carrier to use based upon the value of your package and this is typically at no additional expense to you.
If I contact you, would I speak with a real person?
Yes, irrespective of how you contact us, you would always receive a response from a real person who is specialized within this industry and who would be able to provide you with a suitable response. We believe in treating people the way we would like to be treated and as such, given that you took the time to contact us, it is only fair to respond to you personally. We're millennials who have the old school way... and we're very proud of it!
Do you provide any guarantees?
All of our graded coins have been authenticated, certified and graded by either CAC, PCGS, NGC or ANACS. As authorized dealers, we often submit many of our coins to the aforementioned grading companies for authentication, certification and grading. Our currency/banknotes have been authenticated, certified and graded by either Legacy, PCGS or PMG. Whilst we do have ungraded coins, which are predominantly ancient coins, we source all items from industry respected and recognized wholesalers with whom we have wholesale contracts. We do have many of our US coins, world coins, US banknotes and world banknotes authenticated, certified and graded by the more appropriate grading company for the item type. In respect of bullion, we do utilize our Sigma Pro and test every item prior to purchase when attending shows and when we source bullion, it is only from our current wholesalers and refineries with whom we have wholesale contracts. We believe in sustainability and obtaining inventory from trusted, industry respected sources.
How do I know if I'm getting value for money?
Our pricing structure takes into consideration the wholesale industry guidelines, fair market value, comparable sales history and the current market trends. We always aim to be very fair with regard to how we price our items as we value and implement integrity and ethical business practices into our everyday lives.
